Hidden Mischief Room - Wed. 3/28/18
Homer Central School District will be hosting the Cortland Prevention Resources “Hidden Mischief” room this
Wednesday evening, 3/28/18 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Homer High School Cafeteria.
This life like teenage room is travelling to locations throughout the county to be used as an educational tool for parents, teachers, and human services workers and beyond. Participants will search for hidden drugs and paraphernalia, while learning about concealment methods and drug culture references. This will be followed with an in-depth discussion about the room, current trends and what to do if you suspect your youth of using. An opportunity for questions and answers will follow.
The School District is bringing the program in for their March 29th staff development day, and is opening it up for parents, families, and community members to participate the evening of the 28th from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Homer High School Cafeteria.
